The Township grounds holds two senior housing complexes. The 24 apartments at Autumn Valley complex gives senior citizens secure and comfortable residence at a very reasonable cost. Autumn Valley apartments are funded by rental fees, and no tax dollars are used to support them. They are located on the corner of Route 30 and Wolf Road in Frankfort. The Lighthouse Pointe, 12 unit condo, is located at 20668 Landings Pointe, Frankfort.

Residents of Frankfort Township age 60 and older are eligible for the Frankfort Township Senior Housing, applications are being accepted at the Frankfort Township Office or click below to print one out.
